WHERE IT ALL STARTED...
The Hussain brothers grew up in a small town where they shared the love for cooking, especially making burgers. Many weekends, the brothers would experiment with different recipes, perfecting their craft.

The brothers finally sealed their first shop, spending countless hours renovating the space, turning it into a cosy, inviting burger joint. Their parents and friends pitched in, painting walls, assembling furniture and adding personal touches. As the opening day approached, the brothers worked tirelessly to perfect their menu. They decided to call their shop "MOZA" honouring their culture and country.

Each burger is crafted with care, using locally sourced ingredients and secret family recipes. On the opening day, the neighbourhood showed up to support the brothers. MOZA quickly became a beloved local spot. Word spread, and soon people from neighboring towns came to taste all the MOZA food. The brothers' prioritised quality and community, two key factors of the business.
The MOZA team knew they had achieved something special. Their shared dream had become a reality, and they had done it together, one burger at a time.
